About

Found on Kyushu, Co.Ro.Ru. COFFEE sits at 3 Chome-6-35 Nishikimachi, Onojo, Fukuoka 816-0935, Japan, a coffee spot in a city just south of Fukuoka. Fukuoka is one of the towns within easy reach of the coffee shop, and trains running through Kyushu make the trip from the larger cities on the island straightforward. The shop draws a 3.9 out of 5 rating from 133 reviews, which points to a steady local following. Its Instagram page, at https://www.instagram.com/co.ro.ru.coffee/, is where the business keeps its online presence.

Onojo places the coffee shop in the northern part of Kyushu rather than the southern coast, with Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Kagoshima and Beppu all lying within reach for anyone touring the region. The shop is known for its coffee, served in a small city setting outside Fukuoka's centre. Visitors heading south from Fukuoka can reach Onojo by train, and the island's rail network links the main towns through tunnels and bridges.

Kyushu's rainy season, tsuyu, runs from around June to mid-July, so visitors may want to plan around the wetter weeks. The shop's Instagram page is the place to look for what is brewing each day.

Onojo sits close enough to Fukuoka that a coffee stop here fits easily into a day of travel around the island. The 133 reviews behind the 3.9 rating suggest a shop with a settled local following rather than a passing trade. For anyone moving between the towns of Kyushu, this is a straightforward stop on the way.
