About this experience

Spa & Massage in Manoh Pier is a beachfront treatment facility located at Manoh Pier on Koh Yao Yai, offering traditional Thai massage and oil massage in open-air salas. The spa uses locally pressed coconut oil and employs therapists from the island's fishing community. Treatments run from 30 to 90 minutes, with prices starting at 300 baht, and guests can hear waves against the pier during their session.

What to expect

Choose between 30-minute foot massage, 60-minute Thai massage, or 90-minute oil massage, all performed on floor mats with cotton sheets
Therapists use warm coconut oil pressed on Koh Yao Yai, applied with long, slow strokes targeting shoulders and lower back
Open-air treatment rooms face the Andaman Sea, with views of limestone karsts and long-tail boats docking at the pier
After your massage, drink a glass of lemongrass tea and rinse feet in a basin of salt water provided at the exit
Suitable for travellers with sore muscles from island hiking or ferry rides, and for those wanting a quiet, non-touristy spa stop
Walk-in service is available daily from 9am to 6pm, with no booking required for single treatments
