What to expect
- Session lasts 2 hours and includes four full-sized cocktail recipes, from a Thai basil mojito to a coconut rum sour.
- Each participant receives a personal mixing station with jigger, shaker, strainer, and fresh citrus, plus a printed recipe card to take home.
- The instructor demonstrates two techniques: shaking with ice and muddling herbs, then supervises as you replicate each drink.
- Suitable for beginners and groups, with a maximum of eight participants per class to ensure individual attention.
- The class ends with a tasting flight of your four creations, served with a small plate of local snacks such as fried bananas and cashews.
