Diving & Snorkeling in Pattaya Beach is a guided marine excursion departing from the main beach on Koh Lipe. The activity provides access to nearby coral reefs and the Tarutao National Marine Park waters. Participants use provided masks, fins, and life jackets for both shallow snorkeling and introductory scuba sessions.
What to expect
- Two-hour guided session includes 45 minutes of snorkeling over the coral gardens and a 15-minute introductory scuba dive for beginners.
- All equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, and weight belt) is included, with a certified instructor accompanying every group of up to six divers.
- Visitors see blacktip reef sharks, clownfish, and hard coral formations at the Shark Point reef, located 10 minutes by longtail boat from the beach.
- Suitable for non-swimmers and children aged 8 and above, with a shallow-water training area before the open-water portion.
- The trip runs daily at 9:00 and 14:00, with a maximum depth of 12 metres for certified divers and 5 metres for beginners.
