Kauaí Vip Transportation

About

Found on Kauai, Kauaí Vip Transportation works across an island where the main towns sit on a single coastal loop, so pickups from Lihue, Kapaa, Poipu, Princeville, Hanalei, Kilauea, Koloa and Waimea are all within reach. Lihue, where the airport lies, is the natural arrival point for most visitors. Reaching the service from the resorts and towns around the island is therefore straightforward.

The operation runs without a published street address, which suits a service that comes to its customers rather than waiting at a fixed counter. A 4.1 out of 5 average from 45 reviews puts it in favourable territory, with enough feedback to suggest consistent service. Its site, https://www.kauaiviptransportation.com/, sets out how bookings work.

First-time visitors should arrange their pickup in advance rather than expect to flag something down on the roadside. The island's layout means journeys between the north shore and the south coast cover real ground, so a booked transfer saves time on arrival days.

English and Hawaiian are both official languages in Hawaii, and Hawaiian words appear widely in place names, which helps when confirming a destination. Spam, rice and macaroni salad appear widely in local home cooking and lunch plates, so a stop for a plate lunch is part of the routine here.
