Terminal Caruban
About
Terminal Caruban, a local business on Java, runs as a transport terminal on Jl. Panglima Sudirman No.69, Kronggahan, Mejayan, Kec. Mejayan, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur 63153, Indonesia. The venue sits in a regency town rather than a major city, so the surroundings feel more residential than commercial. Its position places it well away from the island's largest urban centres.
First-time visitors should expect a working local terminal rather than a tourist attraction, with buses and passengers moving through the site throughout the day. A rating of 4.2 out of 5, based on 1126 reviews, shows that people who use the terminal generally regard it positively, and that volume of feedback makes it one of the more reviewed transport points in the area. The terminal serves as a stop for travellers passing through the area rather than a destination in itself.
Five photos are available for anyone wanting a look at the site before arriving. The address Jl. Panglima Sudirman No.69, Kronggahan, Mejayan, Kec. Mejayan, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur 63153, Indonesia is the point to give to a driver. Mejayan sits within the regency that carries the same name.
Java lies in Indonesia, where the climate is tropical and the drier months generally fall between May and September, with a wetter stretch from October to April. Food across the islands is bold and spice-driven, built around rice, satay, grilled fish and fresh tropical fruit, so meals on the road tend to be hearty and locally rooted. Domestic flights and fast boats link the Indonesian islands, and international airports sit on the main islands for those arriving from further afield. The main language is Indonesian, with English common in tourist areas, which helps when asking for directions. Surabaya is among the nearby cities that connect to this part of the island.
