About
On Isle of Mull, Craigard Decor brings paint supplies to an island setting, with its shop at 10-12 Craigard Rd, Oban PA34 5NP, United Kingdom. The name is known among islanders for paint, and the address places the shop in Oban, the ferry town that serves as the main gateway to Mull and its neighbouring islands.
First-time visitors should expect a working paint shop rather than a large retail chain, with the stock and service of a small island business. Craigard Decor holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating, drawn from 17 reviews, which suggests a strong local following. That score comes from a modest number of customers, so it reflects consistent impressions rather than a long history of feedback.
Opening hours are not part of the listing, so it is worth planning a visit around the shop's own schedule. The address on Craigard Rd sits in Oban, where ferries leave for Mull and the surrounding islands, making the shop a natural stop before or after a crossing.
Reaching Craigard Decor from Tobermory, Craignure, Salen, Dervaig, Fionnphort, Bunessan, Iona or Pennyghael is straightforward via the ferry link to Oban. Summer brings long daylight hours and crowded ferries, while winter sailings are often cancelled by weather, so travellers should build flexibility into any island itinerary. Smoked fish, island cheeses, fudge and bakery bread are sold in island shops and harbourside cafés, giving a visit to Oban an easy food stop alongside the paint shop.
