About this experience

Festivals in Talamanca is a year-round programme of local celebrations held in the coastal village of Talamanca, Ibiza. These events include patron saint fiestas, live music performances, and traditional dances that take place in the seafront promenade and the village square. Attendees join residents in honouring local customs with food stalls, children's activities, and evening fireworks.

What to expect

Patron saint fiesta in July features a procession from the Church of Sant Llorenç to the harbour, followed by a 30-minute fireworks display over the bay.
Open-air concerts on the promenade stage run from 9 PM to midnight, with local bands playing balearic rock and Cuban son.
Traditional 'ball pages' folk dancing demonstrations occur on the first Sunday of each month at 11 AM in the plaza, with audience participation invited.
A nightly food market during the August festival offers 15 stalls selling sobrasada rolls, ensaïmada pastries, and hierbas ibicencas liqueur.
Children's workshops on the beach, including sandcastle building and kite-making, run from 5 PM to 8 PM on the final Saturday of each event.
The closing 'correfoc' fire-run on the last night sees costumed devils with sparklers parading along the seafront, suitable for adults and older children.
