Yoga & Wellness in Kohala Coast is a guided yoga and mindfulness programme set on the sun-drenched shoreline of Hawaii's Big Island. Sessions take place outdoors on a shaded lawn overlooking the Pacific, with mats and props supplied. The practice combines gentle vinyasa flow with breathwork, suitable for all fitness levels.
What to expect
- 90-minute group session led by a certified instructor, held daily at sunrise or sunset
- Includes a yoga mat, towel, and a chilled bottle of water
- Concludes with a 10-minute guided meditation facing the ocean
- Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners; modifications offered for each pose
- Located at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, a 5-minute walk from the beachfront hotels
