- Includes all ingredients, tools, and glassware; each guest mixes four cocktails, from a daiquiri to a house-specialty punch
- Instructor demonstrates ice handling, shaking, and straining methods while explaining the role of each step in flavour dilution
- Local Hawaiian fruits such as lilikoi and starfruit are used in two of the recipes, sourced from nearby farms
- Suitable for adults aged 21 and over; no prior bartending skills required, as techniques are taught from the basics
- Each participant receives a printed recipe card set and a small bottle of the house bitters to take home
