About this experience

What to expect

• Choose from 60-minute Swedish, deep tissue, or hilot (traditional Filipino) massage sessions, each starting with a foot wash and herbal tea.
• Treatments include a full-body oil massage using warm coconut or lemongrass oil, followed by a scalp and shoulder press.
• Most spas offer private, air-conditioned rooms with soft lighting and ambient music, with some open-air pavilions overlooking gardens or the sea.
• Add-on options include a 30-minute body scrub using coffee or salt, or a 45-minute hot stone therapy, both applied by certified therapists.
• Suitable for solo travellers, couples, and small groups; sessions can be booked for morning or late afternoon to avoid peak heat.
• Post-massage, guests receive a glass of ginger tea and a cool towel, with the option to rest in a lounge area before departure.
