Color Cottage
About
Color Cottage serves Gili Air from its base at Gili Air, Gili Indah, Kec. Pemenang, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Nusa Tenggara Bar. 83352, Indonesia. Visitors give it 4.4 out of 5 across 136 reviews, a solid record on an island where accommodation and services are spread along the shoreline.
Gili Air is a small island, so reaching the venue from the harbour is quick once the boat has docked, and the beaches at Sunset Beach, Bintang Beach, North Beach and East Beach sit within a short walk or cycle ride. Biso Point and Buddha Beach lie along the same coastline, and the island has no motorised traffic, which shapes how guests move around.
The venue sits on Gili Air itself, one of the three Gili islands off the north-west coast of Lombok. Its website at https://www.tripadvisor.es/ShowUserReviews-g664667-d8380828-r521671676 carries guest reviews for reference.
Bahasa Indonesia is the national language, and hundreds of regional languages such as Javanese and Sundanese are also spoken. Indonesian meals are commonly served with sambal chilli paste, and street stalls sell noodles, satay and tempeh. The country is an archipelago of more than seventeen thousand islands straddling the equator.
