How long does a PADI Open Water course take?

The PADI Open Water Diver course typically takes 3–4 days. It includes theory (online learning), confined water sessions (pool), and 4 open water dives. The Canary Islands' clear waters and mild temperatures make it an ideal place to learn.

What is the minimum age for scuba diving certification?

The minimum age for PADI Open Water certification is 10 years old. Junior Open Water Diver (ages 10–14) has depth restrictions. Children aged 8–9 can try the PADI Bubblemaker program in shallow water.
