Surf Lessons in isola del giglio is a guided surfing course on the shores of Isola del Giglio, a granite island in the Tyrrhenian Sea. The lessons take place at designated beaches with consistent Mediterranean swells, suitable for beginners and intermediate surfers. Instruction covers paddle technique, wave reading, and board control, with all equipment provided by the local surf school.

What to expect

Each lesson lasts 2 hours, including a 20-minute land-based warm-up and safety briefing before entering the water.
