- Includes a short guided meditation and pranayama breathing exercise focused on ocean waves
- Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners; no prior yoga knowledge required
- Concludes with a 10-minute savasana and a small bottle of local aloe vera water
- Limited to 8 participants per session to ensure individual attention and space
