Taller Moto Sport
About
Taller Moto Sport, a local business on Costa Rica, operates in Cartago at la Pithaya, 50 mts al norte de la Iglesia Católica, within the San Francisco district, postal code 30105. First-time visitors should expect a motorcycle workshop rather than a retail showroom, since the address places it in a residential pocket of Cartago. The setting is inland and workaday, so a newcomer can drop in for service or repairs and continue on without ceremony.
The workshop has earned a 3.8 out of 5 rating from 42 reviews, a mixed but established record that reflects steady use by local riders. That score comes from a modest number of customers, so it points to a neighbourhood following rather than a large commercial operation. Two photographs illustrate the listing, giving a brief visual reference for the premises. San José sits within the wider region, so the venue draws from the surrounding province and beyond.
Reaching the venue from the main resorts or towns on Costa Rica is feasible because the island is served by flights and ferries from the mainland. Nearby places such as Tamarindo, Santa Teresa, Manuel Antonio, Jacó, Puerto Viejo, La Fortuna and Monteverde sit within the wider island region, and travellers moving between them pass through or near Cartago. The venue's position in Cartago makes it a natural stop for anyone already in that part of the island.
Costa Rica has a tropical climate, and the dry season generally runs December to April. Central American cooking brings together fresh seafood and tropical fruit, and Spanish is the main language, so a few local words help with routine exchanges. Flights and ferries from the mainland connect the island, so a visit to Taller Moto Sport can fit into a wider island route. With a 3.8 out of 5 rating from 42 reviews, Taller Moto Sport stands as a well-used workshop in Cartago.
