Summer Dream
About
Summer Dream in Corfu sits on the beach at Ag. Gordios 490 84, Greece, on the island's western side. The location places it south of Corfu Town and Kerkira, away from the northern resort strip around Sidari, Ipsos and Dassia.
Summer Dream operates as a guest house, offering rooms close to the water rather than a full hotel setup, and its website at corfusummerdream.com carries the property's own information. Guests rate it 4.6 out of 5 from 37 reviews, a strong average that suggests those who stay come away satisfied. First-time visitors can expect a small property where the beach setting is the main draw and the village pace stays quiet.
Agios Gordios lies on Corfu's west coast, where the road from the capital winds through hills before reaching the shore. Paleokastritsa and Kavos sit further along the island, each a drive away rather than a short walk.
The season on Corfu runs roughly from May to October, with August the busiest month for ferries and beaches. Ferries and high-speed catamarans connect the islands to Piraeus, Rafina and each other, though winter services are fewer, and the meltemi wind can delay sailings in summer.
