Bali's tropical climate divides between two monsoons, with the drier season generally running May-September and the wetter season October-April. Cooking across Indonesia leans on rice, satay, grilled fish and fresh tropical fruit, with bold spices shaping most dishes. Domestic flights and fast boats connect Indonesia's islands, and international airports serve the main ones. Indonesian is the everyday language, though English is common in tourist areas. The business's position in Canggu makes it a practical stop for travellers moving between the southern resorts and the island's interior.
