What to expect
- Rental periods run from 24 hours to 7 days, with a full tank of fuel provided at pickup and a return with an empty tank required.
- Each bike includes two helmets, a rain poncho, and a phone mount; third-party liability insurance covers damage to other vehicles, not the rented bike itself.
- You receive a laminated map of Gianyar's main routes, including the Ubud–Tegalalang loop and the coastal road to Saba Beach, plus a 24-hour WhatsApp number for breakdown assistance.
- The fleet consists of 110cc Honda BeAT scooters and 150cc Yamaha Vixion motorcycles, all with automatic or manual transmissions; a valid international driving permit is mandatory for both types.
- Suitable for solo travellers or pairs with previous scooter experience; riders under 18 are not permitted, and a refundable cash deposit of 500,000 IDR is held at check-in.
- Pickup and drop-off occur at the Gianyar depot on Jalan Raya Gianyar, 10 minutes by car from Ubud Palace, with free parking for your own vehicle during the rental period.
