The Caribbean's tropical pattern divides the year into a drier stretch from December to April and a wetter, more humid one from June to November, so evenings out are often planned around those shifts. Food across the islands leans on fresh seafood, tropical fruit, rice dishes and island-spiced cooking, flavours that pair naturally with a bar setting. Reaching the Bahamas is usually done by international flight, with inter-island ferries and flights linking the main islands. English and French are both widely spoken across the Caribbean islands, which makes getting around and ordering straightforward for visitors.
