Diving & Snorkeling in Perdika is a guided underwater excursion from the fishing village of Perdika on Aegina island. The activity provides access to rocky reefs, seagrass meadows, and small caves within a 15-minute boat ride from the harbour. Sessions run daily from May to October, with equipment and a certified instructor included in the standard package.
What to expect
- Two-hour session includes a 45-minute guided dive or snorkel tour along the rocky reef east of Perdika harbour, where parrotfish and octopus are commonly sighted.
- All snorkelling and scuba gear (mask, fins, wetsuit, buoyancy control device, and tank) is provided and fitted on-site before departure.
- The dive site reaches a maximum depth of 12 metres, making it suitable for beginners and certified divers alike, with a surface interval and safety briefing included.
- Participants receive a printed logbook entry and a digital photo of their dive group taken at the underwater rock arch formation.
- The activity suits adults and children aged 10 and over; non-divers can join the boat trip and snorkel at the surface while divers descend.
